Our mission is to help people live abundantly through good mental health. We offer spiritually-informed psychotherapy for helping and promoting the well-being of the whole person. Together, we work on removing barriers that keep you from living life authentically and to the fullest.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

We specialize in offering emotion-focused therapy to help adults find relief from anxiety disorders and alleviate symptoms stemming from current or past stressors including childhood trauma. We also support our clients through transitions, relationship issues, and spiritual concerns.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

We offer statewide video sessions for individuals and couples in California, Illinois and Washington, and in-person services in Blaine, WA. <\/strong><\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
